In Marion County (Indianapolis) Indiana, it is now permitted to post your Bond Online. For those of you who are more familiar with E-Mail and other Internet advantages, we can provide you with an online application that can be sent to you via email to fill out, electronically sign and email back to us for your convenience.

After your bond has been approved, we will email you an Invoice for the Fees through Square, a safe and secure credit card processor.

After all the paperwork has been signed, received and funds for premium verified, our Agents will email the Bond (or Bonds) to the Marion County Clerks Office.

Unfortunately, after the bond has been posted, the length of time for the defendants release is up to County Employees where the defendant is located. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS!! It could be between 5 to 18 hours depending on shit changes and if an ankle monitor needs installed.
